Me too. The only reality show I’ve regularly watched was Dancing with the Stars, and that one, only to see Cheryl Burke shakin’ it. I quit even that one when Chaz (nee Chastity) Bono was a contestant.
However, if people consider them to be entertaining, and the networks and sponsors find them to be profitable, by all means broadcast them.

Her reasons to end it may or may not make sense (Fact is, I don’t care to read them.). The one and determinative reason NOT to end DD is that it MAKES MONEY. That’s what A&E is in business to do.

Reason for AE to keep DD on the air: the demographics are huge and it makes money.

Chick Fil A did not lose per se, but the conservative message did not prevail either. No one on the left caved. None of the cities who had banned Chick Fil A by denying building permits caved and granted the permits. No on on the left did a mea culpa.
You need to think beyond Chick Fil A, beyond Robertson, think big picture. Chick Fil A should have been, but was NOT, a conservative victory in the bigger culture war.
Does your t.v. or your t.v. remote controller have a knob to switch channels? Or can you turn your t.v. on or off?
But I solve that problem by not watching them, and by reading books instead, not by demanding that others not be allowed to watch what they want.

Direct command under the Old Testament to execute those who committed such acts. Under the New Testament, it says they are worthy of death, but does not tell Christians to execute them. The heinous nature of such a practice is clearly stated, though.
Romans 1:22-32

23 and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.

32 and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them.
