She is an original thinker who is a feminist without being anti-male. Her thoughts are always worth a read IMO.

The military is out of fashion, Americans undervalue manual labor, schools neuter male students, opinion makers deny the biological differences between men and women, and sexiness is dead. Wonder how this is going to end?

sexiness is dead I have to disagree on this point. Women will always be sexy and have sexiness. Guess, I'm a Male Chauvinist Pig! Gosh, I love that label. Stay sexy and exude sexiness Ladies! I'll lose my eyesight if the Ladies refuse to comply. Sexiness will never make me go blind. Maybe the act of Sex will but I'll risk it.

More important, Ms. Paglia says, if the women's movement wants to be taken seriously again, it should tackle serious matters, like rape in India and honor killings in the Muslim world, that are "more of an outrage than some woman going on a date on the Brown University campus." amen

No decent conservative should be lulled by this bizarre woman. Throughout her life she has promoted absurdity and decadence. She has influenced and ruined the lives of many gullible young women. Now that she is a barren post menopausal lesbian who regrets never giving birth specifically to a son, her babbling has changed. Ignore this vile lunatic. Nothing she has said is a great revelation to any conservative.

She starts by pointing to the diminished status of military service. "The entire elite class now, in finance, in politics and so on, none of them have military servicehardly anyone, there are a few. But there is no prestige attached to it anymore. That is a recipe for disaster," she says. "These people don't think in military ways, so there's this illusion out there that people are basically nice, people are basically kind, if we're just nice and benevolent to everyone they'll be nice too. They literally don't have any sense of evil or criminality."
Not just the elites many now days figure a buck is a buck, fair or foul if they don't get it someone else will.In the past decade we watch more money stolen by men in three piece suits and briefcases than were ever stolen by men in black hats with guns.

I agree, but wonder how this is affecting Camille’s standing in the LGBT/Leftie communities?
To: wildbill
Although I’ve never been a big fan of Camille Paglia, in this interview she made some valid points regarding the failures and frauds of the feminist movement and the feminizing of America, something Rush Limbaugh has often mentioned and that I agree with. It’s subtle in many cases but still potent, especially in primary school grades. Paglia may be an aging lesbian and no conservative but, like libertarians, she also has some positions a conservative can agree with, no matter the source, because what is right is right.

Her thoughts are always worth a read IMO. I agree. Yet after reading them I always wonder how in the world she continues to vote Democrat.

Lots of humorous posts from guys here.
As a woman, I always laugh when guys post Catherine Zeta-Jones pics whenever an article by Maureen/Mo Dowd appears on the forum.
And, of course, there is the annual posting of the pretty Bavarian Fraulein in her sexy blouse and dirndl.
I do agree that Ms Billy Ray Cyrus’s - daughter is not sexy like Catherine ZJ or the pretty in dirndl Oktoberfest gal.
