There is a guy who has been standing on a busy corny near my home for three years almost every day.
He holds a stupid little dog (low info types give more when they see a “homeless” dog.)
Sometimes he limps, but I’ve seen him walk just fine to the bus stop.
I say: lets give all “homeless” guys like this a ticket to Japan for some humanitarian work.
