Wasn’t 7 million the magic number to make this whole thing viable?
This is what’s known as “lean forward.”
The number of sign-ups sounds unbelievably high. How many actual paying people, not including the moochers on subsidies? I’m guessing it’s less than 25,000.
And how many have actually paid their premium.?
And remember "signed up for Obamacare" doesn't mean they bought a policy, only that they created an account on a webstie.
Only 336.9 million left to go. That’s 381.9 million if you count the illegals.
Stuff, meet fan...
What blows me away is that apparently someone is working on Sunday on a holiday weekend...
1.1 million my butt cheek..they are fudging the numbers, its probably that amount who actually visited the site but didnt buy anything..the ones who did sign up, just wait til tax day hits, then they will see the full effects of Obamacare, in higher taxes
With the $664 million Ozero spent on the web site he could have given every legal man, woman and child resident of this country $2 million to buy insurance.
Do those numbers include double counting everyone in Iowa who had to sign up a second time because of some flub?
Didn’t the Liar in Chief tell us the other day that a couple of million had signed up?
You would think, between the NSA spying and Democrat party polling, they would get feedback as to how many would actually pay for this monstrosity.
Then again, Progressives know best, and they assumed people wanted this 0bamacare
44 million uninsured
1.1million signed up
lean forward indeed!
..this time next month could get real ugly for the Mack daddy
Obama was informed of these problems. His response?
“Fore!”
Well The American people are not very bright, they had many warnings but did not care.
He will get very angry and get to the bottom of it.
How many people have signed up for a PPACA compliant plan without a subsidy?
I don’t qualify for a subsidy. I enrolled in an Obamacare plan with BCBSNC on Nov 16th. There were no problems at all with the BCBSNC enrollment. It went smoothly and worked the first time.
My enrollment did not involve Healthcare.gov at all.
During the enrollment at the BCBSNC site, I was asked if I wanted to try to qualify for a subsidy, and it said I would be directed to the gov’t site for that. I already knew I didn’t qualify, so I declined, and stayed at the BCBSNC site for the whole process.
I gave no info to the government as far as I know.
I can download an IRS form from the BCBSNC site which says I have complied with PPACA, to file with my taxes.
If there is no subsidy, then healthcare.gov is apparently not involved in the enrollment. It’s between you and the insurance company.
If you know you will not get a subsidy then you can stay completely away from heathcare.gov, I think.
