As I posted on another thread a few days ago, once in college, during a discussion of the war and the history, I wondered how history could’ve changed had the truce been permanent.

Sadly, there will always be those who want what is not theirs, what is the fruit of other’s labor, and have no compunction, nor conscience, about just taking it.
