Is it too late to add this idiot to the 'dumbest quotes of the year' list?

It's not a dumb quote, that is how most people are going to view this.

By way of example, just a day or two ago, a long time Freeper declared war on and his upcoming battle with his insurance company.

Does the GOP have talking points to counter this?

No, because they are not opposed to Obamacare in a serious way.

The RINOs will be blamed for not stopping Obamacare when Ted Cruz made it possible to do so. Instead their true colors of wanting Obamacare in order to line insurance companies pockiets became obvious. RINOs and the insurance companies will be blamed, and they should be.

Obama is who he is and it was the job of the 'pubs to stop Obamacare. Not enough votes?....then the funding should've been stopped.

Why? I don't think it's dumb, I think it's a pretty good prediction of how the enemedia is going to cover this. And about half of the population will believe it.

This is exactly what the Dems are going to claim but they know the truth which is ObamaCare mandates forced the cancellation of millions of policies which forced people onto government-exchange programs that the administration dictates who is eligible to participate.

Just as the “greedy doctor” and “greedy insurance” were their bogeymen for getting ObamaCare passed, they’ll try to use the same bogeymen now.

Don’t forget. ObamaCare is *supposed* to fail so the Democrats can come back and turn it into single payer as the “fix”.

This law helps gays who carry the HIV virus (preexisting conditions)>

Obamacare also helps lower class blacks who have used hospital emergency rooms as doctors offices - and women dependent on the State and their children.

In short, Obamacare was designed to take care of dem victim groups - groups that prop up white liberal elites who run the democrat party.

Groups that were hurt were small and large business owners, members of the middle class, married families and their children and every ethnic group EXCEPT blacks. In short - people who support the Republican party...

“I don’t think, for the most part, that the Obama people get the blame for this,” Mr. Dean added.”

This is a fine, textbook example of Magical Thinking. Dr. Dean, if he is actually a doctor, has certainly seen numerous examples of this in the course of his career.

OBAMACARE'S DISASTERS ARE ALL GOING TO BE BLAMED ON THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY,

True, but there's another aspect of this. When the insurance companies are to blame, that leaves people with no way to vent their displeasure. You can't do anything about what an insurance company does. On the other hand, with an election, the people can vote against anyone who voted for O'Care. Any Dem up for re-election in 2014 knows this and is scared witless.

I just want to make sure we don't let the ideological democrats who created this mess to get away with pointing the finger at everyone else. This is their strategy - ‘it's all those greedy insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies etc. who are exploiting Obamacare. Otherwise it would work....’ Or, ‘this is why we need a government-run single payer system’. You know these are their talking points.?

We are just being scammed by this good cop, bad cop routine. The insurance companies and Big Pharma have no problem playing the bad cop. The government is protecting them holding them harmless.

Yes, this is leading to a single payer system to complement the other two single payer systems, Medicare and Medicare (Including CHIPs) that already cover close to one half of the populace.

And the insurance companies will even prosper under single payer. Nine out ten Medicare recipients have supplemental, Medigap insurance. We are going to see more means testing of Medicare. Part B already has four tiers of premium payments based on income. People earning more than $200/250 K pay higher payroll taxes on health care beyond the unlimited cap.

I don’t agree with what you say completely; but, as I posted on another thread this morning, 62.6% of New York State voters voted for Obama in 2012. So, you were, in 2012, 62.6% right, for sure!

But, I hasten to add, those who refer to (obama voters) as LIV’s are only partly right. Yes, they are LIV’s but the NEA communist teachers, since they were in kindergarten, turned them into that. So, instead of calling them “LIV’s let’s call em NEA’s from now on!

Dean: Administration won't be blamed if people can't see their doctor

I actually agree with Howard Dean. The blame will NOT be limited to the Administration.

Every Democrat in AMERICA will be blamed.

“Remember, this is the insurance industry that’s running this and the insurance industry always squeezes costs by eliminating possibilities of seeing people,” said former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean

So now the democrats are going to throw the insurance
industry under the bus?

It’s alway someone else with these guys...

Howard Dean = Liberal fool... Of course they will be blamed... Lets see before Obamacare you paid for the plan you chose, you saw the doctor you picked and you liked, you paid the price you wanted to = FREEDOM and CHOICE.
After Obamacare You pay the higher price Obama tells you to, You see the Doctor Obama lets you see, and you pay for a Plan that Obama decided you needed so you can distribute some of your wealth to those that don’t have as much as you do. Remember to the communist elites Rich means you have a job and work for a living. If they truly didn’t like the 1 percent they would confiscate their wealth and not make the middleclass bear the burden of their foolish redistribution plans.

Yep. Dr. Dean is delusional, and generally an all-around idiot.
HOWEVER...given the success the libtard dhimmicraps have had in controlling the language of the political debate; and, given their lockstep march spouting the socialist talking points; and, given that the insurance industry is now their target (not their ally)...it may well be that they will be able to deflect blame onto the insurance industry, and away from themselves, despite being FULLY TO BLAME for this piece of legislative effluent.

And, most sadly, the pubbies don’t have a concerted effort in response. They, instead, spend their time and treasure trampling the conservative voices in the party so as to field the center-left candidates that Rove and his ilk have convinced them will win.

It may be that the GOP will make some gains in 2014. But, if they fail to rid the nation of this garbage social engineering program, they will merely be doormen at the wake for freedom and liberty.

Don’t think the Insurance Company Party is fielding a slate of candidates this year. When this new batch of horror stories starts coming in next month the RATs will own it.

Howard Dean knows this. That's why the Dems are already starting with their talking points. Why else would they be saying the Admin won't be blamed when the election is 11 months away? We all know the answer. They're scared!!

as if “single payers” are going to have a choice of doctors and be able to get appointments...LOL!

SINGLE PAYER assumes US doctors are willing to become govt contractors or outright employees,.. or submit to being be nationalized and forced to treat single payer gimme-dats with no jobs and lots of time to demand free health care
