Okay...what the heck is the host of Meet the Depressed name? Gregory is in there. I swear my memory is going, I’m not happy about it.
You had a TV show?
What else don’t we know?
I wasn’t insulting you.....your idea was to ask whatshisname to re-do his scream. Which was an excellent idea and I would have loved it. But the camera would shut down and that would be the end of that.
The Gregory guy, on the other hand, fawns and primps as commanded.
He is host of Meet the Depressed and you don’t.
If you did, I’d watch it.
Sorry Larri,
I din’t mean to do that, I really din’t.
Neither look as chimpanzee-ish as David Gregory...
You mean the smarmy Chimpanzee....David Gregory?
Lookit here Larri...there’s yer damn hunnert.
I’d stay an talk all night, but I gotta get back out there and do me some fancy steer-wrestlin’ with that dad-blamed snowblower.
Talk to y’all later.
"Severe catastrophe"....
Sounds like the subtitle to some of the things I used to teach.
Like I said, the options could really suck.
Got an updaqte on the Rush Revere book.
Granddaughter comes in, all breathless like she does. I ask how does she like the Rush Revere book.
“I love the Rush Revere book,” she says. Her mother, my daughter, was sitting at the table as we’d been sitting there talking upon granddaughter’s arrival.
Daughter tells me there was only one word Kaitlyn had trouble with...”theoretical”. Once her Mom read it aloud Kaitlyn recognized it and knew what it meant.
One time, in backseat of Jeep on ride home, Kaitlyn laughs with delight....out of nowhere. “I didn’t know you could do that!” she exclaimed and Mom and Dad looked at each other...a child so delighted in a book....what a concept!
Anyway, she’s supposed to NOT read it while on school vacation as it’s not on her Kindle. She can’t take her Kindle on school bus but CAN take her book.
She’s trying desperately not to read it....heh.
She told me even if she does finish it she wanted to “discuss” it with her school bus seat mate.
I am not making this up.
I am going to start the book in the AM as I bought several for my Liberally Parent Challenged Nieces and Nephews!
Late in reading and responding - was tied up yesterday, including with the Seahawks game - our NFC West Champs :-)
I bought a copy of Rush’s book for my 11 y.o. nephew at Costco about a month ago. I think it was about $11.95 there.
He loves to read and has been enjoying it. I want to read it, too.
Happy New Year to all!
Best,
SC
I haven’t seen it but if it is as described all I have to say is, Aint that a crying shame. Happy New Year!
oooooooh....that’s a killer argument that I’d forgotten.
It’s just like “it’s a tax.” v. “it’s a penalty.” There actually several other instances of trying to have it both ways. it’s a child v. it’s embryonic material.
Great work Bray, (at post #5). Applause.
Actually, Mike Rogers is making a lot of important points about NSA vs Snowden on FNC.
Simply lying assholes.
This is a tactic often used in the 20th century by the likes of Andropov and other Marxist masters of deceit. The NYT article is just one more forgery among tens of thousands relied upon by the Left over the last century.
It is as reliable as the “Rathergate memo” or the “testimony” of Vietnam Vets [phonies who never served in Vietnam] that John Kerry recited as part of Moscow’s “winter soldier” op.
It’s a complete fake. I would not trust a single word of it.
How typical of the Mainstream Marxist Media that they would spend attacking a country redneck for saying he isnt into anal sex while promoting a piece of garbage like this movie. They have no problem with the actual degrading of women on the screen, only that a few homosexuals were called sinners. You can tell what the agenda is and why by looking at these two examples and which they believe needs to be stopped and which needs to be promoted. This is how Marxism works and how the media moves it forward to the ultimate end.
While I have not seen the movie, and probably never will, I wonder if ANYONE involved in its making knows ANYTHING about Wall St.—??
The fact is, Wall St. is a bastion of liberals, most harmless young go-getters working long hours and trying to play hard when they get the time. A TRUE story about Wall St. might depict a driven, if slightly misguided young guy finally convincing the girl to come back to his incredibly over-priced apartment only to fall asleep before the Big Moment.
In short, it’s a place where people WORK. And most work HARD. Imagine that!

...using the technology available. Signals intelligence did not start this century or last century. It has always been essential.
Great catch Bob and happy new year to ya.
Just another muddying of the water story to further embolden the regime of the bought and paid for media.
I never thought I would believe in a shadow govt. but after delving into the life and times of one Karen Hudes and the project Camelot group one has to think twice.
Here’s a start:

Here’s even more from Kerry Cassidy,a lot more.
