But what they don't tell you is that you'll still be dealing with: a) entitled minorities who will cause you no end of litigation b) unions and a closed union shop c) an enormous regulatory burden above and beyond the Feds and d) higher labor costs because NY State is a high cost of living area
and your employees aren't on any tax holiday.
Oh yes, and then after ten years of that, you have high taxes to look forward to.
