Another reason to elect can conservatives into Congress and the White House.
A federal agency, in this case the Parks Service, is MAKING LAW. They can call it a “rule” or a “determination” or a “regulation”, but it is in essence a LAW.
Congress ALONE has the power to make law, according to Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”
This is the consequence of establishing faceless bureaucracies that are allowed to basically act without Congressional supervision. Congress has abdicated it’s responsibility of governing.
These faceless bureaucrats create law out of whole cloth.
