Orthodox church dedicated to the Beheading of St. John the Baptist in the village of Samodreza near Vucitrn, was desecrated and turned into a garbage dump. The altar of this Serbian shrine, built on the place where Prince Lazar received communion with the army before the Battle of Kosovo, Albanian children turned into a public toilet, writes “Kurir”.
All attempts to stop the desecration of the Orthodox church were unsuccessful because the Albanian population is against its renewal. The church was burned, vandalized and desecrated for the first time in 1999 after international forces arrived in Kosovo, writes the daily.
The roof of the church was destroyed, windows and the metal door on it broken, and over the apse a large hole was breached. The interior of the church is turned into a public garbage dump and a toilet in which people and the cattle relieve, writes “Kurir”. The wall around the church is destroyed. This Orthodox church is literally cluttered with garbage, according to the daily.
“The holy temple was destroyed back in 1999, and in recent years Albanian children keep throwing garbage in it. We tried several times to stop the further desecration through the international community and proposed placement of brass doors and windows, but the Albanian community opposes renewal,” said Bishop of Raska and Prizren Teodosije for “Telegraf”.
What, no money from Iran or Saudi Arabia to convert it into a masjid?
Muslims are so respectful of other religions and belief systems. They SHOULD be placed in positions of power and influence everywhere < /sarc >

OK, while the actions of the muzzie Albanias is disgusting, it serves as a great example of the differences between Christianity and islam. The muzzies can do what ever they they wish to the building that was called a church. Their actions have ZERO bearing on true Church body. In fact Christ tells us to expect this type of behavior and to receive the suffering with open arms, because it does nothing but exalt Him.
On the other hand, islam is tied to “stuff”. Desecrate a mosque, and in a muzzie’s eyes islam has been desecrated. Speak ill of the prophet, and he is lessened. The message of islam is so weak that it can not suffer any persecution without a complete melt down by its followers.
Now with that said, I will admit that it would give me great satisfaction to see some wrathful Old Testament justice brought down upon certain individuals and groups for their actions. But, I am sinful and flawed and what I want is not always what He has in mind :-)
I think that dump would qualify as a super fund clean up area. Do it with a B61.
So this is okay - since its Moslems doing it - but if we even talk about doing it to mosque - the Moslems want that person jailed - if not killed....uhm...I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore Toto...

This is an OLD story, unfortunately. There must be several desecrated Orthodox Temples in Kosovo that the Shiptars have turned into latrines and garbage dumps.
It isn’t mainly because the Shiptars are muslims. It is because they are completely uncivilized!!!! They are not civilized or intelligent enough to run a state, so as long as there is a bogus “independent Kosovo”, US and Euro troops and other personnel will have to remain there.
I pray for the day when our troops can come home from Kosovo, and when they are replaced by the Serbian army!!!!

I must admit that I struggle with some of His teachings, as some neighbors are harder to pray for and forgive than others, but in the end, all must go through Jesus.
