New Obamacare taxes that were previously kept secret have been unveiled by outraged customers who feel betrayed.

Residents in many states have yet to feel the change that will come when President Obama's signature health care program which will go into full effect in January.

But Blue Cross Blue Shield subscribers in Alabama got a glimpse of the future when they received their latest bill which had a separate line spelling out how much extra they will have to pay as a result of national health insurance.

A local paper, AL.com, obtained a picture from a reader who received a bill with an extra line dedicated to the 'Affordable Care Act Fees and Taxes'.

For this particular subscriber, who was left unidentified, the fees came to $18.76 that month which represented 7 per cent of their $280.04 bill.

That's less than a Kaiser Health News report which said that BCBS customers in the state should expect a $23.14 monthly fee, which adds up to $277.68 per year.

The company spokesperson told NPR that four different charges are accounted for in the monthly fee.

If they appear, they will not be hidden.

PREVIOUSLY hidden. But why do we have to learn about this from the Brits? Our domestic news media is doing a poor job.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Suckas! One can only imagine what will be happening about this time next year after all of those corporate people who voted for the usurper figure out that it hits them too, especially the 32% who still think it wont.

I am finished being mad about it and now just look at those just starting to complain and just snicker while I ask them who they voted for. If they are stupid or brave enough to answer they voted for Obama than I’ll start laughing out loud while pointing at them.

They must be impugned, regularly.

Our domestic news media is doing a poor job EXACTLY WHAT THE DEMOCRATS ARE PAYING THEM TO DO.

There, fixed it.

NY Post also has the story, linked via Drudge. This is going to flush King O right down the crapper along with Congress critters who voted for the latest and greatest redistribution slush fund.

Happy New Year! Stay healthy.

Without the internet, we would only hear word of mouth anecdotal reports on what is going on in the US.

What 900-pound gorilla in the room? Who you gonna believe, me or your lying eyes?

Nothing to see here folks, move along. Show’s over.

It’s the law of the land, nothing to do to change it now.

Unless you are the current Chief Occupant of the White Hut (or “Spite Hut”), and since it is your signature accomplishment, you can change on a whim anytime you want.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is the most disrespected legislation to come out of Washington since the institution of Prohibition with the 18th Amendment, which was also once “the law of the land”.

I am not a supporter of the law, and despite my religious beliefs, I DO wish ill will against the supporters of said law; Lord forgive me. I have to ask, though, despite what are saying is true, what indications are there that there will be a good outcome from all this. Look at the trajectory we are on, as a nation. Look at the people in DC. Neither side truly wants to get rid of obamacare; they just want to tweak it to make it run better so it doesn't hurt their chances for re-election. Look at the populace of the country as a whole; there are WAY more low info voters and raging libs out there than their opposites. What proof do we have that anything other than a complete collapse of the insurance industry, followed by a government run single payer system is going to happen?

Believe me when I say, I hope that what I am predicting doesn't come to fruition. At this point, I just don't see any other outcome from this debacle.

In that it effects almost everyone in the country negatively, the Obamacare implosion is probably the most convincing demonstration of the failure of a liberal welfare program in history. If Republicans had half a brain (I know, I know) they should be pounding on the failure of Obamacare between now and the day the sun explodes into a red giant.

The US insurance industry won't collapse. Multiline insurers never made large profits in the health care market. Forget about Canada, too (if Canadians are unhappy with their care, they can and do drive south to the US and pay for private health care).

About 10% in the UK and 15% in Germany have private insurance, and the Brits and Germans have significantly smaller disposable incomes. Enough of them aren't willing to put up with wasting hours in a DMV-type clinic waiting for their number to be called, that I don't think most Americans will.

The US spends (wastes) a much higher percentage of a larger GDP on health care than any other developed country, and ranks 51st in life expectancy worldwide. Changing the US health care system to produce a higher quality product at a lower cost should be so simple that even a cave man - in fact, anyone but a liberal -- could do it.

As long as the government has its claws buried as deep as obamacare allows, I don't see that happening. I also don't see anything growing out of obamacare; repeal or tweek, that doesn't allow even more government intrusion into the health insurance/care market. Finally, I don't view the existence of a single payer system, even with alternatives as a good thing, because as long as the government competes against private business, the government will always try to force the competition out of business through coercive force; sometime subversively, sometimes overtly.

I dunno, maybe I'm too pessimistic about it; that has been the accusation, before.

Hey, insurance companies, how's that Obamacare workin’ out for ya? You were so eager for it, you couldn't wait to have customers, under threat, shove money in your faces. Now, welcome to reality...have a nice time regretting your stupidity. RIP, Golden Goose.
