Perhaps someone can explain to me why an Islamist would need a translation of the word terrorist. They don’t believe they are terrorists and would not use that word. Thousands of military personnel learn Arabic too. It just boggles my mind that “terrorist” is a trigger word for the TSA.

This amounts to his not getting a petition to petition for redress of grievances. If, in fact, we have a right to petition for redress, sovereign immunity amounts to a significant infringement of that right.
