If it was that traumatic, they could have sold it to a private school for a lot less or given it to some charity group.
A lot of low income people would gladly have moved there, after about three years or so, if the place had been reconfigured. This could have been a Community Clinic area. I hate to doubt the veracity of something so tragic. Many people don’t believe the reports. I would never challenge the account from one of those grieving parents. The bottom result is their child is gone, and that fact is undisputable.
