An investigation into a fatal shooting in San Bernardino led to the arrest of the dead mans accomplices on Friday, Dec. 6, and the release of the man who killed Manuel Alfred Galvan.
Oscar Hernandez, 30, was arrested Dec. 2 on suspicion of murder. But San Bernardino police detectives determined that Galvan had first fired at Hernandez, who then shot at Galvan in self defense, Lt. Paul Williams said.

I am wondering how they determined that Galvan had first fired at Hernandez.
The accomplices are in serious trouble. They might be deported back home and told they can’t come back for six months.
