there will be no new relationship with an insurer,
and he will not be covered by anything from the ‘exchange’ if he were to go to a doctor,
which he won’t because he has a doctor
standing in the next room all the time.

The President gets the best healthcare on the planet for free including the most comprehensive yearly exams and treatments for any ailments are expressly MANADATED as part of his position and as a condition of of being President to verify and assure his fitness to execute his duties and occupy the office of President of the United States, all paid for by the US taxpayer as part of the responsibilities and perks of Office of The President and and that is not going to change one bit.
Obama could not turn down the Presidential Healthcare system even if he wanted to because it is a responsibility of holding the office President, United States.
