Washington’s new health insurance exchange dispatched a signup envoy to one of the city’s gay clubs one recent night to get out the word about Obamacare. It envisioned men mingling on the dance floor, a cocktail in one hand and enrollment information in the other.
But the brochures about DC Health Link, as the exchange is called, weren’t snapped up as quickly as the free condoms provided by a local clinic.
Like other health exchanges and coverage advocacy groups across the country, DC Health Link is reaching out to people wherever they may be, including bars. President Barack Obama even urged bartenders — who may themselves be uninsured — to hold happy hours to talk about health insurance and what it can offer young adults.

This isn’t going to help the financial death spiral—gays,especially males, get expensively sick at a higher rate than the average population.
Of course, Obumbles would have a soft spot for those “unhealthies” , even though they will be one of the most expensive groups to insure.
Anyone could have predicted this would fail. We all know that gays were concerned about their health, they wouldn’t be practicing gay sex. All they want is the self gratification that comes from gay sex — TB, hepatitis and AIDS are of no concern to them as long as they are getting their perverted jollies. Why would they waste any time filling out a form for their “health?”

People who have a tendency to make bad lifestyle choices ARE more likely to embrace '0bamasurance' (I don't call it 0bamaCare, because there is no actual care involved in it) than people who prefer to make reasoned choices.
Wow. We have government agents being dispatched to gay bars to push Obamacare.
I think George Washington and others may have wasted their time.
Healthy young people should sign up so they can subsidize those who frequent gay bars?

Any bartender who tries pimping Obamacare to me will quickly find that he’s just gained an ex-customer. (And the bar’s owner will know exactly why.)
