The democrats know Obamacare has destroyed them, and are going to pack the courts with people who are a disgrace to real jurists. These activists will emanate "rights" out of their penumbras in the hope they can smear our Constitution with them. They might even succeed if they make enough of these garbage decisions...the Supreme Court can only hear so many, and refusasl of certiorari will let some of this insanity stand.
