“..Obama appointed judge ..”

Then it’s a safe assumption the judge is anti-Constitution, but would “find” something to back his very flawed ideology.

Mark Levin said our Founders wrote the Constitution based on Natural Law, and same-sex “marriage” certainly is against Natural Law.

He relied on Loving v. Virginia, a Supreme Court case from the 1960s where the SCOTUS found that VA's state law barring interracial marriages is unconstitutional. Loving, I'm quite certain, relied on the EQUAL PROTECTION clause of the 14th Amendment. Current day gay marriage advocates have been citing the Loving case ad nauseum in their inane attempt to compare interracial marriage to same sex "marriage."

Had Loving involved a same-sex relationship, do you think the Court would have held for Loving? Of course not.

Gay advocates are trying to boot-strap their agenda by saying that apples [same-sex marriages] REALLY ARE oranges [inter-racial heterosexual marriages] ...

Agree completely. (Didn't think my earlier comments needed any further clarification.)

Couldn't agree more with both points.

Levin is a favorite of mine and I've bought and read all his serious books. (I have nothing against dogs, BTW.)

Yes, that was in his infamous Cairo speech in 2009, IIRC. But it didn't seem to make the list of the biggest lies for that year. The reason is obvious: it would have been too politically incorrect for his adoring MSM to call him out for it!

Yup. Thomas Jefferson was a Muslim. His Virginia estate was pointed towards Mecca if you take the long way around, and he boinked a 14-year-old slave girl. How Islamic is that?

The GOP senators probably didn’t know what kind of clown Shelby was/is.

Even Reagan made mistakes. We all do.
