Although it will be frustrating as all hell, at the same time it's going to be kind of amusing seeing this character show up the election without any natural constituency whatsoever.

So what IS the perc for being a U. S. Citizen these days?
Foreign nationals get the same college entrance fees.
They get driver’s licenses in some states.
They can have bank accounts and buy just about anything they want.
They earn wages under the table, so we have to support them.
