Pending appeal to the 10th circuit….so the matter isn’t decided yet.

Apparently, there’s no stay of the decision pending a possible appeal and the homos are already getting “marriage” licenses. According to the Salt Lake Tribune:
“In fact, there were reports Friday afternoon on social media that people were already headed to the Salt Lake County Clerk’s office...”
