I thought the BSA vote to allow queers? Maybe that was in the ranks and not the leaders?
Yes. The kids can be Scouts but the BSA doesn't permit gay troop leaders...yet. Once the current gay Scouts are old enough to be troop leaders, that will change. It's an incremental process.
Meanwhile, Lockheed is attempting to look 'progressive' to it's politician friends in Washington that give Lockheed big contracts.
