I agree in part with you in A&E has no obligation to give them a show..However I'm assume they have a contract between the two party's..so unless A&E has something writing saying what he can and can not say outside of the show A&E is obligated to honor the contract..The kicker is it is a hot show..so at this point Phil and the family can walk and take the show to another channel. .say cmt..for way more money
