When you bring in 1.2 million legal immigrants a year, most of whom are poor and uneducated and 87% at least are minorities as defined by the USG, you have to expect rapid demographic changes. The decade ending 2010 was the highest in our history. In 1970 one in 21 in this country was foreign born, today it is one in 8, the highest in 90 years, and within a decade it will be one in 7, the highest in history.
