How about 100% in perpetuity. What business does the Federal Government have owning land?
How bout the states one by one, offer the Feds the purchase price at the time of purchase plus the interest rate at that time till now? Be interesting to watch the Feds wiggle out of that one. I hate to capitalize Feds.
