If your g.g.g.grandfather was black and owned 20 slaves do you get reparations?
That’s the beauty of the plan... they’ve got to figure all that out and fight over it. We’ll put a clause in there that if they can’t agree on anything in 5 years, the money goes to pay down the national debt :)
