No matter the cause of the mental illness. What it should be called in retrospect, is “reparations”. That is, after it ends, there are no more “reparations” to the descendants of slaves. Nobody owes anybody anything anymore.
Let’s just put $5 billion in a bank account, and say they can have it as soon as they all agree amongst themselves on how to divvy it up. Would be fun to watch :)
