Every year they debut the Waste Book but every year there is still waste and a new book is releasing the book supposed to change things?

Sadly most everybody in Washington DC (elected or employed) profits from government spending. So there’s little hope of reform until the markets finally choke on the gusher of Ben & Janet’s minibucks.

I know so why does the book get put out each year so we can all be appalled? Why don’t they just quit voting for the effing continued waste of “our” money.
He can shove the book up his backside as he is not helping.

Create a system where elected representatives personally split 10% of the annual savings (amount spent in FY vs FY-1) until the budget is balanced. I estimate it would take max 10 years to balance.
