They never should have published or acknowledged the letter. Then the offending neighbor would wonder if they ever got the letter. That’s how I would have handled it. Never let anyone get under your skin - (my boss hates me) ... snicker ...

Never let anyone get under your skin - (my boss hates me) ... snicker ... i think this is excellent advice... i am finding that it is best to let things just fall and die like dried-out rose petals... it goes no where... nasty comments... rumors... things that cause unnecessary drama... let God be your defender...
