A federal judge said Monday that he believes the government’s once-secret collection of domestic phone records is unconstitutional, setting up likely appeals and further challenges to the data mining revealed by classified leaker Edward Snowden.

U.S. District Judge Richard Leon said the National Security Agency’s bulk collection of metadata — phone records of the time and numbers called without any disclosure of content — apparently violates privacy rights.

Data mining...

Have been saying...Obamacare is just another data mining tool...Sure...give them all your asset info, access to all your accounts....knowing that the site is NOT secure.

Oh, gee. A judge says what Dear Leader is doing is against the law? What a quaint notion in this Sodom and Gomorrah on the Potomac. Does he think anyone in FedGov CARES what he thinks?

So?

The federal government is completely lawless. There is no political will to stop any of it.

It was also about grabbing as much loot as could be grabbed, while they could.

I saw some of last night’s coverage in my local Miami Florida media about this judge’s ruling....very favorable to Team Obama....focusing on Edward Snowden and how he still isn’t “vindicated”.

The story ended with the “journalist” basically saying the DOJ disagrees with the judge—essentially, flipping the bird to the Judicial branch.

I do not even recall Obama’s name being mentioned once. This from a liberal media that repeatedly reported the lies about George W Bush violating constitutional rights.

Obama and the NSA will simply ignore the ruling, of course.

As if they cared about the law!

Hahahahahahaha.....

I doubt anyone in the administration or congress cares what a “racist” Judge rules.

Just another racist distraction from Dear Leaders efforts to fundamentally change America into Omerika!

"There is no political will to stop any of it."

Only because the GOP, as a whole, is spineless.

I wish we could find one judge who would rule that odumbo himself is “unconstitutional” and we could then be rid of him.
