Obamacare navigators aren't trying to help people find a good insurance plan, Rep. Darrell Issa says; they are trying to enroll people in Medicaid and highly subsidized insurance plans.
"They're not there to sell the merits of the insurance. They're there to sell the subsidy," Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said Monday on Fox News Channel's "Hannity."
"This is basically just another form of community organizing, paid for with your tax dollars. Acorn revisited, if you will," Issa said.
Issa and Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas, were in Dallas on Monday for a congressional hearing on the subject. Their committee issued a report that the navigator program is putting Americans at risk of identity theft.
Sessions told Hannity that navigators don't follow any of the rules insurance agents have to follow. They are not bonded and don't have to show their driver's licenses – "anything that would cause you to know that they're not felons and identity-theft perpetrators."

So what are they going to do about. We keep hearing about all of the investigations but does anyone ever get in trouble for them? No they don’t I just feel like it is another dog and pony show. If there isn’t hell to pay for lying and cheating the American people what is the point of the investigations.
Hey Sessions and Issa......just add a sentence on those 30,000 pages that states:
Obamacare Navigators must pass the insurance license test and background investigation for the state they are working in.
And if you want to make sure....just make them pass the test used in California...which is the most difficult in the nation.
Come on...you are big boys....just a one liner....and its for the protection of the minorities, women and children.
What can the dims say.....how can the not agree......see all their heads explode.
Are the subsidies of Obamacare, Obamaphones, Food Stamps, Section 8 Housing, free daycare, etc.... reported on a 1099 for the recipient of said subsidies to pay the taxes on, as it is income?
With 80% initial (2009) polled voter opposition to Obamacare, and 73 % polled voter opposition to Obamacare now, Boehner-Cantor-Ryan rammed through the Ryan-Murray “Compromise” Bill to finance “The Law of the Land” Marxist Obamacare Bill for the next two years!
Only 94 House members stood and delivered opposition to this cave-in bill, thus insuring TWO MORE YEARS of Obamanation Crisis Economics to burden us voters with!
The 2014 Election needs to be about ridding the US House from the RINOs who caved-in on this bill, as we cannot trust them ever again to protect us from the Marxist Senate, Marxist Supreme Court, or Marxist Administration.
On the Democrat side, you Lurkers need to be honest with yourselves concerning continuing your loyalty to your Marxist Democrats and Marxist Progressives in the US House and Senate.
FYI, a Marxist is anyone who believes in “Income Redistribution.”
Income Redistribution is just the PC term for what Karl Marx advocated:

If people lie on these applications they will be caught with today’s computers - and they’ll face jail and fines. IT IS the reason those ‘oh so kind’ liberals chose the IRS to work as enforcers...

The IRS? NOTHING. Benghazi? NOTHING. NSA? NOTHING. Fast Furious? NOTHING.

The shutdown didnt defund Obamacare, that should have been known by everyone ahead of time. Its prefunded. So why would they need to fund it?

So those who commented all knew that Obamacare was prefunded.
"Free Stuff" has value, and the tax code clearly calculates that value and it's associated tax owed.
At least that's how it works for the 49% of us who pay for the other 51%.
