I understand that SCOTUS has taken a pro checkpoint position. BUT, I can read.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.[1]

Nine political appointees wearing robes and swilling my tax dollars cannot change what the text says.

unfortunately the state will tell you driving is not a right but a privileged and by signing for your license you state you accept that fact and will comply...

not saying it's right, just saying

Through painful personal experience I've found the Fourth Amendment doesn't include one’s car. Driving is a privilege states grant and it can be revoked. It isn't a right.
