To think that the US soft landed moon probes in the mid 1960s and had a manned lunar landing in 1969 yet after the early 1970s never went back to the moon. Imagine where we would be today if NASA had continued with the Apollo program and beyond. The Chinese lunar rover would be greeted by US astronauts from a permanent lunar base and we would be preparing for our second and third Mars landing.

Imagine instead that JFK offered an X-prize instead of creating another government bureaucracy that needlessly got people killed.

The future of space is private.

And if certain other programs had not also been killed from lack of political will, we would have had interstellar ships either arrived or arriving at other solar systems.

democrats aren’t interested in going to the moon. priority for them is spend on obamacare and other socialist programs for those that refuse to get a job!
