I don’t. The man at any time could simply have said, hey just pulling your chain or I changed my mind. Most of the time they aren’t forcing anything on the perp but providing what he requests.

He cannot be arrested because he mentioned it. You hope someone can get close enough to him to find out what his “real” intentions are and when the evidence is gathered ARREST HIM..

I am very happy to see that the FBI, CIA, NSA are doing their jobs to save Citizens lives, whatever the process requires (just do not tell wife about my other love interests)..

Yeah, seems like they practically have to have the dumb terrorists fall into their laps....
It is almost like they scope out a mosques or internet message boards for some angry islamic inbred moron with a big mouth they then condition and provide materials for so they can get a PR coup every so often to justify their budget...
Meanwhile they snoop on the citizens because it is easier than actually going out and doing real gumshoe-ing...
I doubt seriously that the guy would have gotten farther than a loud rant at the bar after a few drinks without “aiding and abetting” by the feds. All the ones they parade out are pretty much losers. Note that they were like the keystone cops with the Boston bombers .... they would have to called in their plans to get even a 20% chance of the Feds catching them.
