Here is a question for you chicken lovers:
What happened to DARK MEAT?
The reason I ask is that the “dark meat” in the chicken thighs I can buy looks a lot more like the meat from chicken breasts than it did even just a few years ago. The meat still has more fat than a chicken breast but the meat is very white.
Something has changed with how we raise and feed chickens and at least for me it is a little scary. I’ve cut down on eating chicken as a result.
