Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.) joked on Twitter Wednesday afternoon that he would "bet a roll of chocolate chip cookie dough" that he won't run for president in 2016.

He would be more qualified by a long shot. But he will lack the cool factor, it’s been done; and he will lack the white guilt factor, we’ve paid political penance already. He’d do no better than Bill Bradley in the 2000 primaries.

Most blacks in the US are part white, if even a small percentage.
The plan is to have him succeed Christie as governor, and from there launch a run for the White House. All for naught, as I think the “folks” have had it with mulatto presidents for a while.
