"Joey Reynolds" Used to be a R&R DJ in Buffalo. WABC should bring back Cousin Brucie.
I remember Joey Reynolds. He was on WNBC, before they switched to WFAN, then he had a show on WOR. Some time ago, every Memorial Day WABC Johnny Donovan would play some old airchecks from their Top-40 days. I put some of those broadcasts from 1964, Cousin Bruce, Scott Muni, Bob Lewis, Dan Ingram, on an MP3 and play them through the radio on my 64 Chevy at the local car shows. Listening to those old airchecks is like stepping through a time portal :)

"I remember Joey Reynolds."

I've heard his talk show a couple of times. He's basically a lib, but not unlistenable.

Here’s a site with scores of airchecks:

(I re-live my adolescence listening to these!)

Enjoy!
