Congress has NO effective punishment in its “toolkit.”

All Congress can do is send nasty letters, and whine like a bunch of stuck RINOs.

Obama Administration: “Sticks and stones Congress, sticks and stones. Bawha, ha Ha HA !”

With NO leadership in the House, and NO ONE with the spin to oppose Democrat-wannabe Boehner Obama will continue to “Barry” the US Federal Government.
