BHO looks like a middle-schooler acting up at a school assembly.......this is a funeral, for crying out loud. Show some decorum and respect when you represent the USofA abroad.
And it’s pretty clear Mooch took it as flirting. The pic of her switching to seat separating Barry and Helle, Barry waving, and Barry kneeling say something far more than a momentary lack of manners.
I’ve officiated hundreds of funerals and it is NOT inappropriate to laugh at them. In fact, those are some of the most telling moments.
