*snicker* Thanks for the Fantasy Island tale. I am certain it plays well with many in the PC crowd.

However, having known many females serving and having served in the militiary, with the exception of the few bull dykes I knew of therein I think I will simply take your tale with the huge lump of salt it deserves.

Some time ago, I was at a gym and some of us guys were talking about the matter of hitting a woman, and I said, "I've never as much as touched a woman." A brief pause while I realized what I had said. Then I said, "Let me rephrase that..."

It is absolutely true. She was a petite, well built (attractive) young lady with a kick butt attitude and a great social studies teacher, to boot. But remember a 9th grader ain't exactly the senior sized football linebacker. This happened in the fall of about 2007. She stayed at that high school for only another two years before moving on to a more sedate school, as I did a few years after she left. I think Travis McGee would agree that I don't play the BS game as you seem to think. So too would a few other freezers agree. Just who are you, by the way?

Did it ever show him trying to knock her out? This whole thing doesn’t fit the usual MO. They usually attack men and usually do it in packs or on a dare from a gang.

Happening in the inner city school environment as it did and with the ninth grade as it was which is the smallest and toughest (or so THEY think) element in the school, it gives it a different dynamic. I don't recall what set it off, but I do know that she kept very good discipline in her room and a lot of those kids at that age are of a mind to strike back if pushed hard. The teacher that got jumped after school and had his jaw broken in three places got jumped because he had the arrongance (in their minds) to confiscate an iPod in class. A friend of mine in a different inner city high school (with whom I served in the army on the same post but not the same unit) told a kid to shut up and he was swung on immediately. This has interesting consequences if the teacher is in fact a former Ranger battalion First Sergeant!The gang aspect wasn't really the real deal. A bunch of 9th graders hanging out at one person's house and playing COD4 after school isn't really a "gang" like MS13! That's why we broke up laughing when the threats came forth. That's why SHE said, she'd let them have the first "shot."
