There is a good chance that is not a serious injury. I use to have similar and frequent events when I was very active, as in building my house, or riding to the hounds. A seemingly minor strain or injury would turn into “muscle spasms” that mimicked a serious back injury. At times they would render me useless. They can last a week or two, maybe longer. I trust that is her problem. The treatment is nothing more then muscle relaxants such as Robaxin.

She is doing MUCH better yesterday and even better today. She went back to work as the VA Med/Surg RN today. She called me and said she felt “OK”.
