What does that even mean?

translation: It is painfully apparent homosexuals do NOT represent even a significant minor portion of the population and are thus over represented.

This means they have to write such big lie articles as this for falsify data.

It means he expected the number to be higher, but he couldn’t find evidence to back it up, so he just doubled the number he found, and claimed it was because the other half were hiding.

Seems to me it would be the opposite. I know numerous straight men who are attracted to females but don't discuss it on social networks, but virtually all the gay men I know on social networks love to discuss how about they're into other guys and "oppressed" by the government.
