The unConstitutional Clown that occupies the WH is the problem. The Roberts court said so and will again.

- At least one (1) US Supreme Court Justice needs to be impeached to get the crooked greedy idiots of the administration, Department of Justice, IRS, Congress, and judiciary aware that as they ignore and/or break the law(s) that American citizens will now also cherry-pick which laws they chose to observe and/or obey.

- This was something members of the US Supreme Court worried about long ago.

- Tyranny and Dictatorship and Corruption and immunity for prosecution for Insider Trading will have serious consequences.

Objecting to dead babies = objecting to someone else’s blood transfusion. Yeah those really are moral equivalents, not.

An employer shouldn’t be forced to provide any healthcare, period .

Blood transfusions?

What is the equivalence? Pureed dead baby?

All this time I thought the need for birth control was the Ripple Effect.

What really gets me is how they’re equating the conception of a child with a disease. It is NOT a disease! A healthy woman’s body responds to sexual activity with the conception of a child, AS DESIGNED.

But as long as people are convinced that “sex is for fun, not for families” then conception will be seen as a disease and babies will be seen as mortal enemies of adult pleasure.

It appears that the natural union of a man and a woman and the resulting conception and birth of a child is seen as the worst possible thing that can happen.

Who ARE these people?

"If the court agrees, some legal analysts say, other employers would have an equal right to veto any type of health coverage that conflicts with their spiritual beliefs - insurance that covers transfusions, for example, and perhaps any type of conventional medical care, if the employer believes solely in spiritual healing. "

That's encouraging! I have a rather old fashioned spiritual believe that I should be a free citizen under the US Constitution.

It doesn’t matter if its birth control blood transfusions or hover rounds. The company paying for it should not be FORCED to provide something they object to in direct violation of the 1st ammendment.

IF the employee wants such coverage for himself he can purchase all the supplementals he wants. In fact that might be an answer...

Well they are thus jumping.

We have a Moment Of Lies here.

Which will prove to be a Moment Of Truth because the lies just won’t let things keep working.

Birth control isn’t life saving. If you’re so concerned and can’t afford a pill—keep your britches on. Simple.

Or change jobs, which is what I would do if my employer based health insurance didn't cover blood transfusions.

Looks like the MSM is afraid this one is going to be struck down.

I think the libertarian Kennedy (swing vote) probably will be against the Federal Gov't mandating a morning after pill.

Yep. It isn’t like an employee is compelled to take a particular job with an employer whose positions on moral issues are well known.

What does it matter if my employer’s coverage doesn’t pay for vaccines, because his religion is against it? I still get all the other coverage or can choose to pay for my own. Insurance doesn’t prevent me from paying for my own vaccine.

These freaking liberals never stop being asininely stupid.

Planned Parenthood gets a billion dollars I think from the fed. So my tax money is already subsidizing the abortions and pills they provide. Don’t mandate that I pay for even more of it.

Writer doesn’t really give a crap about blood transfusions. He’s just trying to scare people with something most people believe should be available.

Really, entitled writer is nervous that this could be a reverse slippery slope leading back to a world where he’d have to provide for himself that which he wants.
