Santa Ana, Tijuana..can’t tell difference anymore.
“Child” in the US these days being defined as someone under the age of 26 who is a dependent of a parent.
” Orange County overwhelmingly leads the state in the deportations of children”
not nearly enough.
Yet they have no problems with parents hiring drug cartel criminals paying them thousands of dollars to smuggle their kids over there to over here. No problem with drug cartels criminals entrusted with their kids. And no problem with Mexico deporting kids. It’s just America they have a problem with.
I just love the fantasy world that these people live in. To get referred to immigration authorities as a minor, you have to have committed a crime serious enough to result in incarceration. That means more than an overnight stay until court in the morning; it means you got arrested, got taken in, got processed through the court, and then were convicted of a crime and sentenced to detention.
So, we’re not talking about stealing a snickers and getting deported, but rape, battery, grand larceny... These are things that if you walk up to any reasonable person on the street and ask ‘Do you think an illegal who has been arrested and convicted of [insert crime] should be deported?’, you’ll almost always get a resounding ‘YES!’
But, but, we’re deporting CHILDREN.... who are illegally in this country and committing violent crimes against others.
And this, in the warped minds of activists, is violating the law.
