So, if incandescents are phased out, what are you supposed to use to provide light and heat for a chicken coop or similar installation?

I believe you can still get incandescent “heat bulbs” up to 200W.
They are exactly the same as light bulbs, but not sold as such.

Plug in an energy efficient heater! Then after the chickens knock it over and burn down your house the insurance company can build you a more energy efficient house with a heated chicken coop!

Why would you want something as simple as a light bulb?

Multiple refrigerator/oven bulbs. I really don’t think anything other than incandescents could withstand the heat of the oven.
