Trent Franks talking about how Obamacare violates the Origination Clause in the U.S. Constitution. Michael Cannon is backing up his point. The senate did not have the authority to originate a revenue raising bill. Consequently, the courts should strike down the entire law:

Yes, you are right. Hussein does whatever he wants and orders Reid to do it if it involves the senate. Hussein ignores the house since it isn’t his.

In the haste to hack together the mess called Obamacare, the bill omitted the customary severability clause. The entire bill is invalid if ANY part of the bill is invalid.
