In a few years any college worth it’s salt will have an entire project management class devoted to this. It may actually be a benefit. A simple lesson is ‘If it was done this way in Obamacare it was wrong’.
This President has sought to end all Cadillac coverage plans and replace them with an Edsel.
It’s even more simple than that: Hire qualified people at the cheapest price, not your crony-friends for 10X the cost.
What they need is a Constitution Studies class cloned from Hillsdale. Then they can use this as the quintessential example of why a limited gov't is the only kind that can work sustainably.
LOL! I thought you meant they would have a degree for 0bamacare navigators and web techs.

Should be a case study for PMI.
I’m teaching a grad level course in information policy this term. It includes issues of privacy, security, online consumer issues, etc. The Obamacare roll out has launched many a conversation, especially on security issues. Students are aghast at what a mess this is. I took an informal poll and no one would sign onto Obamacare as it is now. I bet I could do a poll all over campus and get the same response. These are the young folks O wanted to sign up for this train wreck, and they have no intention of doing so.
