We’re glad he can laugh off the pathetic job he is doing.
After 5 years, his numbers suck. He sucks.
It’s nervous laughter meant to conceal his rage at having to respond to critics and any mention of the horrible job he’s done.
Small comfort but it does eat at him night and day despite his protests.
