SAUDI ARABIA Sends 50,000 Illegal Aliens Back to Ethiopia (Total could be 80,000)

This is how it’s done in Saudi Arabia…

Illegal migrants wait to be transferred by police buses to a deportation centre in Riyadh, on November 13, 2013.

Saudi officials sent 50,000 Ethiopian illegal immigrants back to their home country. The final total once the mass airlift ends is now expected to be around 80,000. Al Arabiya reported:

Ethiopia has flown home over 50,000 citizens in Saudi Arabia after a crackdown against illegal immigrants in the oil-rich state, the foreign ministry said Wednesday.

“We projected the initial number to be 10,000 but it is increasing,” foreign ministry spokesman Dina Mufti told AFP, adding that the final total once the mass airlift ends is now expected to be around 80,000.

Ethiopia started repatriating citizens living illegally in Saudi Arabia after a seven-month amnesty period to formalize their status expired on November 4, sparking violent protests between Saudi police and Ethiopian migrants preparing to leave the country.

The Ethiopian government said three of its citizens were killed in clashes.

Dina said the government is spending $2.6 million (1.9 million euros) on the repatriation program to bring citizens home, the majority women.

The Saudis are getting afraid of their foreigners. Lots of them are Shia. Since the foreigners do most of the work, if they got together, they could do a Saudi spring, and Iran may be planning that.

Nothing happens in Saudi Arabia unless the King wills it.

In this case, he had to see the numbers of foreigners in the country as a long-term and short-term problem. I wouldn’t worry. You now have 50,000 less people to do manual labor in the kingdom. Who exactly do you think is going to do all the crappy work? Saudis? Never in a thousand years. You can’t even get a Saudi to change tires on a car, or fill the radiator up with water.

Every country should be allowed to defend its borders, language and culture. Except ours.

In this country, we give them weapons instead.

Because they have tons of other legal workers to do the jobs. Americans, Europeans, Sri Lankans, and people from India are the most preferred to do the work for them. Saudis aren’t big fans of Eastern Africans outside of Egyptians.

One of the most surreal things I ever saw in Saudi was the deportation trucks. Was a flatbed truck with a cage on the back. Cage had bars and looked like a stereotypical jail cell. Would occasionally see the trucks on the road, full of deportees heading straight to the airport. Looked like a scene from a wasteland movie. Deportees had first priority on flights.

Actually, I’m sick of the excuse that it would be impossible to deport them all. No it wouldn’t. We have millions of busses and millions of law enforcement officers. If the political will existed, it wouldn’t be that difficult.

“It can’t be done - some amnesty should be worked out”, said no one in Saudi Arabia.

You can’t even get a Saudi to change tires on a car, or fill the radiator up with water.

Or bathe themselves with soap and water.

So in less than a month they sent 80000. November 4th till now? Well that's about one million per year. If Sauuuuudi can do one million a year by air, the USA should be able to do 4 million a year at least.

Of course they would just walk back over the nonexistent stinking border

I’m sick of the excuse that it would be impossible to deport them all…If the political will existed, it wouldn’t be that difficult.

The political will does not exist because for far too long votes have been purchased with tax dollars given to those who don’t work extorted from those who do work,

Of course this had the effect of causing rampant inflation in the cost of unskilled labor. Those unskilled laborers found that they could make more money more easily on government benefits than going from job to job.

The net effect over time is a vacuum in the market for unskilled labor that eventually is filled by unskilled labor from foreign sources, much of it illegal aliens.

Naturally a political constituency develops among the businesses that consume the labor of these illegal alien laborers because these laborers are cheap and reliable.

Politicians of course being a commodity are for sale to the highest bidder and business owners who depend on this cheap labor to remain competitive know where to shop.

And so this is how we arrived at the point where if we want to remain the country we were born in to (we baby boomers) or we want to remain a free English speaking people (those who came after) we had better become very vocal in our opposition to amnesty for these illegal aliens and for strong controls and curtailments for unemployment, disability and welfare benefits.

Only a return to a no work no food standard in this country is going to save this country from rampant poverty that is the fate of all communist countries.

If so, immigration reform in this country could cause the same effect no?

there is a lot of difference between 50,000 and 5 million

like a factor of 100 difference.

50,000 is easy, 5 million is about 100 times as hard.

This sounds like a fine “amnesty” idea. Put it in place. The last pol to do it was Eisenhower.

“Actually, I’m sick of the excuse that it would be impossible to deport them all.”

Wilson deported millions after WW1 so returning vets could find jobs. Eisenhower tried to deport 12 million under “Operations Wetback” but they ended it early as voters couldn’t bear to see crying children and wailing women on the then new TV news. THAT is why it’s “impossible.”

If we started flying back all of the illegals the countries they came from would start shooting down the planes. They don’t want them back.

And THAT is how deportations are done.

For all those pansies on Congress who say they can’t deport, that we might as well legalize them because they are here.
