If the professor thinks he has, or can get, the votes, either in the two Houses, or in the States, then let him put this proposed repeal up for a vote. However, I think the Dems will be less than satisfied with the consequences down the road...like with the “nuclear option” in the Senate.
One amendment I’d seriously like to see is one that makes it unconstitutional for Congress to exempt itself and its staff from laws that apply to the rest of us. That one I’d vote for.
Guess the “perfesser” has forgotten about the three fourths states’ ratification requirement & that it takes an amendment to repeal an amendment, not just an up or down vote in Congress.
Repealing the 22nd Amendment will be a tough row to hoe.
Let me guess...this guy is one of those rich Jewish professors that votes or Obama despite the the fact that he wants to commit genocide against his own people. I simply do not understand where their blindness comes from. It migh be explained if he’s one of the Iranian Jews that I come across on money laundering cases from time to time...
A proposed amendment becomes part of the Constitution as soon as it is ratified by three-fourths of the States (43 of the 57 States).;-)
