Frying is the way to go. Only problem is I like stuffing and gravy too, so sometimes we do one of each. My BIL had a bunch of people over for Thanksgiving a few years ago, and we brought our fryer, some oil and a turkey. That carcass was picked so clean you couldn’t make soup out of it.
I rotisseried one once, it was good. I’m thinking some Prime Rib would be good for Christmas this year.....
